If you're playing a lot of intimate gigs in smaller venues, then a full-sized drum mat will probably be too big. At just 160cm long and 140cm wide, the Meinl MDRS-BK drum rug is a neat solve. Ideal for the most compact drum kits, this small rug has been finished with a rubber anti-slip underside to ensure that it stays in place while the fabric top layer provides a secure grip for stands and pedals. This edition comes finished with an oriental pattern and includes a bag.

Prima drumkleed dat dik genoeg is, zodat de spikes van de hihat- en bassdrumpedalen er niet doorheen gaan. Het kleed schuift ook helemaal niet op een ondergrond van zeil en de DW5000 pedalen blijven prima op hun plek, omdat het klittenband eronder goed hecht aan het kleed. Ik gebruik dit kleed thuis, maar denk eraan om er nog eentje bij te kopen voor live optredens.
